Senior Collection

My collection of evening wear projects a feminist lens onto iconic fairy tales. I drew inspiration from my longtime love for fairytale imagery and fashion, always admiring the beautiful gowns. I chose colors such as red, deep purple, and gold to bring romantic narratives to life. Satin fabrics and shiny textures inspire a dreamlike aura. Tailored details enhance the designs and bold accessories elevate the collection. The fitted garments celebrate the body’s natural shape while allowing movement, emphasizing confidence. The designs explore an interplay between refined elegance and feminine power. Starting with a mood board to organize my ideas, I then illustrated my looks. Following the drawings, I began to create the patterns and drapes for my garments, I then used a combination of machine and hand sewing to complete the six looks. My collection was feautured in the 2025 Senior Fashion Show.
